The Pancake/ PannekakenPeter Christen Asbjørnsen and Jørgen Moe, two
friends, published their first volume of folktales in 1841. Their stories quickly became popular and are now classic tales in Norway. You may have heard of their story “The Three Billy Goats Gruff”. Andrew and Nora worked together on a translation and spicy ending of another popular tale, “The Pancake”! November 2020
